Any ideas? It’s the small silver streaks right at the top part of the leaves veins.
Sorry for the purple light on pic but it actually helps show it better.
Don’t think it’s thrips, haven’t seen any and it is treated with neem.

Update:

I tried rubbing it off and it is coming off and looked through my loupe and it almost looks like some type of salt deposit. Anyone seen this?

In my grow i juce Bio-bizz leaf-choting and i get the same effects or about similar.
Nothing to worry about.
But still I can't say for sure that the thing your plant has is the same as mine but still similar :eyesmoke:
 
Yeh I think I've seen a post here and I don't think anyone knew anything then but he said the marks didn't come off and they were same design on every leaf
