What is this?

Morning guys, I transplanted this plant into a 3 gallon pot 5 weeks ago. I just transplanted her 2 days ago into 15 gallon containers.

on the leaves I am spotting either some kind of deficiencies or toxicity. Can you guys help figure this out early on? It’s only on few leaves right now

her feed when I transplanted to 3 gallon pot was some FFOF, worm castings, compost and some 4-4-4 all purpose at half the recommended feeding.

her 15g feed is the same but with 2 cups of 3-9-4 flower girl. She’s getting flipped in a couple weeks

It gives it time for the nutrients to break down in the soil. But even then, it’s only been transplanted 2 days. So I’m thinking it was from before transplant
I get it... the reason I ask is when you flip your gonna need some veg nutes for the stretch. I do the opposite of what you do, I give veg nutes for 2 weeks after flip at reduced rates.

I use dry amendments though. I wait for my microbes to produce the nutrients my plant needs. So I figure the compost and ewc should be enough of the veg nutes? Also my veg nutes are 4-4-4 and my flower are 3-9-4. So what’s the difference if I only use 3-9-4?

Depends on whats working for ya. I just worry about the potassium and phosphorus building up due to no uptake. Might result in soil rebuffering to a less favorable ph, or nute burn. But i worry too much usually

I don’t ph my water or anything. I rely on the microbes in my soil to break down organic matter to feed my plant. My question is, what deficiencies is my plant showing

Was the damage on older leaves? Are you having any purpling of the petioles or stems? Post some new pictures.
Lights just came on.
It is on the second node down from the new growth. On some it looks like it’s moving up. Stems did start purpling a week or so before transplant. She was very root bound

See what happens with the transplant. Do you use any calmag?
I already transplanted. And no calmag. My medium is FFOF, compost, worm castings and dr earth 3-9-4 flower girl. That’s it. Problem seems to be getting worse slowly. Not sure what to do. I’m working right now, but I’ll be home in 2ish hours. I’ll take more pics then. I notice on some of the leaves, the stem is purpling and going up into the leaves. But not the whole vein of the leaf is purpling. Just some

What your temps day and night temps looking like?

A lot of striping I see is genetic, but I can't be certain. I think LEDs and full spectrums bring it out.

Might need the roots to stretch out into the pot more. I kind of massage the outer root ball and get roots hanging off from it before transplant. It lets the roots be ready to crawl into the new medium. If shes choking off a little waiting to spread out this could be it also.

Day temps are 79-82F and night temps are 68-72. Not a huge fluctuation. 600w MH is what I’m using. This is a new thing for this plant. She had 0 issues up until now. My girlfriend didn’t help me break up the root ball so it was a hit hard for me with only 1 available hand. So I just stuffed her into the pot lol she will figure her roots out I’m sure

Did you add the Flower Girl to fresh FFOF? And how much did you add?

Now that I read more of your posts, I would bet it's the extra shit you added to the FFOF. FFOF is good to go for awhile plain. 15 gallons worth would probably last the whole grow alone. Your probably causing lockouts. Too much of one nutrient can affect the intake of others. That looks like the start of Mg deficiency to me, but there should be plenty Mg in that soil already.

MH could be bringing it out. My indica strains have purple striping, I don't think it effects them. I also work for people that have it on their plants and it doesn't seem to hurt their yield. Not sure why its not showing until now on yours, though.

So it looks like it happened before I transplanted. Unless it can show up the next day after transplanting?? What do you think? I added 2 cups of flower girl to my mix. A little less actually. Maybe it’s too hot, but it’s def not burning tips, just causing a light green/yellow striping on some. Not all. Here are pics from today
