What is the best hydroponic system for SOG

Hi everyone, well I just finished my third harvest in soiless mix and now want to try my hand at hydro. Right now I am doing sog in pro mix under 600w HID lights using co2. I am growing in 1 gal pots with 2 week veg and 30 plants under each light. Right now I find myself having to water nightly so I am looking for a less labor intensive way to grow that uses sog. Thanks

ebb and flow tray for sure. I dont have first hand experience with it but plenty of people here do.

For a true SOG? E and F tables. Hydroton in 6 inch pots. 4 per sq. ft.

Yep tables for sure! But you could go with flood or drip eitherway would kill-it
