what is the best air cooled hood to go with?

i want a 1000 watt hood with 6 inch flange who do you think i should go with??

From what i have seen.. They all pretty much do they same thing. I would try to get the one that weighs the least. I have an aluminum one that is really easy to move around. I also have one from sunsystems that is very heavy. Its made from steel.

Have you looked at cool tubes?

super sun from sunsystems. lensed, aircooled, latest-greatest hood from SUN. i have 2 x 1000w and really like them. but they do only have 4" flanges. im keeping 2 cool with 1 4" 170 cfm fan.

Halzey what is your avg temp when the lights are on after a few hours? 170cfm cooling 2x 1000 watters is awesome
