What is next?!?! Help Please!!

Finishing my first grow.
I trimmed all of the leaves yesterday and I am going to cut it down tomorrow. I was told to trim them first to make it easier. Next I am going to:
1. cut and hang them
2. trimmed the additional leaves
3. I am not sure what to do here??? Ive heard place them in a paper bag overnight then in a glass jar.

I want to avoid mold, but want to dry properly.

CUT IT...

Trim it.... You can leave on stem or Popcorn onto screens...

Dry It... 4-7 days until feels dryer and stems "Snap" Dark Place w airflow around but not on BUDS...

Jar it.... CUT POPCORN OF STEMS OR REMOVE FROM SCREENS AND PUT IN JARS...

Check it... In two days after first Jarring you open and bud feels soggy (90% of time This wont happen if they REALLY GOT 4-7 Day DRYING)
Take out of jar and give 1-2 more days Drying before REJARRING

Open JARS 1 Times a day first Week, Every Other day Second week, and Every Third day Thereafter... for CURING.


I Like to Catch My buds at 4-5 Days Dry when there is less than 10% water naturally left, and JAR THEM... after one Month this is always the Best Aroma and Flavored Buds...

However Because I usually Cut a entire crop down at once pull major fans hang and then start trimming, it becomes a siding timescale process to get all buds consistent with each other....
