What is doing this to my plants!

Growing organic using Nectar for the gods. Always do my ph I’m mid flower I’d say and all my plants devolved specks all over fan leafs that have gotten worse. I don’t see any insects and for as bad as it is I can’t believe it to be insects. I’m unsure please any advice is welcome what do you all think

I have not but I need to they must be very tiny. I’m so mad about it! It has been a very wet year up in the north east lost some to bud rot as well! What can I kill them with without messing up the buds!?
 
Aphids are hard to find. Almost the same green as the stems and leaf bottoms.... I am dealing with spider mites.
The lovely outdoors.
