I am going to use four 400 watt metal halides on a track in my flower room

What would be better :

Three 4' x 4' tables or Four 3' x 3' tables?

Three tables I could do a 6, 9, or 12 week strain

Four tables I would do a 8 or 12 week

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. . . . . . . .

go with 4 3x3 tables more light to the plants and try and use HPS if you can its a lil more lumens

I am not worried about lumens. I am going to water cool my lights so I can place them very close to my plants. I want to use Metal Halides because of the over all better spectrum. I'm not using a veg bulb. I'm going to use a warm halide or the Hortilux Blue. I have switchable ballasts so If I get crappy yields I will change back to HPS.

Water cooled, Air cooled, You can't get as close as you think. Water cooled is just too much of a headache.

Not really. Very easy to do. I am a damn good plumber too. Way more effective @ heat removal then air. A 400 watt halide will have almost no heat at all using a chiller. Chillers are cheaper to run then AC.

Hell yeah SOG. A nice veg room as well. As many as possible. 12' L x 4'W x 6'H room. I am planning on using C02 and a climate controller.
