All depends on the genetics of mother. If it was a hermie from just plain genetics, you 'll get a hermie most likely. If it was from the mother being stressed all to hell, then you've got a decent chance of a good pant. 1 good thing is it will be a fem though.

agree, I once super cropped my Femi plant 2 weeks in to flowering and got a few ball`s down low, did`t discover em so got like +50 seed`s, all so fare (+25) have been Females and all nice genetic and only one or two have show some bananas in late flowering who gave me +10 seeds maybe, nothing seriously, tho I do search em closely now, specially early in flowering for balls and if I ever spot any I will remove em, but for me as a personal grower who grow 2-4 plants from seeds its actually nice to get my own +50 Femi seeds for free with no shipping or anything, only real down side is that the plant who had all them seed`s did`t yield as much as the others 1-2 Oz insted of 3 oz smoke was still nice tho Ooh yea another down side is of course that it might get trivial to grow/smoke the same strain all the time (I mix in a seed of another strain now and then to get some other stuff to smoke)

This is actually the process used for feminizing seeds. Even tho they have male organs the DNA inside the pollen sacs is all female so when they seed themselves they should always create a female seed with DNA identical to the mother plant. Hermies are usually always stressed induced and have nothing to do with genetics so the seeds arent guaranteed hermies. Id imagine its something environmentally stressing the plants that is causing it to occur often. some strains are just prone to it or hell it may be stressed from being inbred but thats just a speculation

I grew some KC 36 strain outdoors. The females that I selected came from a regular pack so I had to discard the males initally. At harvest I found seeds in the lower branches where light was hard to reach. I have grown those seeds. Out of 22 seeds all 22 germinated just fine. I kept track and I found 6 turned out true males from
early on. I was surprised that the ramaining females were all very close as far as size and heartyness so it was tough to weed them out for the best pick. I just harvested Danky Doodle (SOG) and had one plant go hermie towards the end of flowering and kept the pollen from that one branch. It turned out I got seeds on other branches
of the same plant too and they are mature, deep dark brown and good sized. I am in the process of germinating them for another round of SOG. I am figuring in the process of SOG late hermie development didn't hurt the quality of my resin production, I can remove seeds, smoke the bud and replant.

Actually I am pretty sure the pollen came from a different strain that was in my grow room that I had started earlier--oonly got a few seeds and none were viable.
I believe my fan spread it to the second strain and I got dozens of seeds. Gerninated 4 which are growing now. Sounds like I may get a feminized third strain.
