What happens if I don't cut my plant 2 months after it's done?

So based on my calculations, a current very special plant that I'm growing, will be ready to cut at the end of February/first week of March, but I'm traveling to Europe for 2 months in beginning of March. What happens if I leave when it's done and don't cut it for 2 months? I have automatic watering, but nobody to cut it for me.

It'll be cured and ready to smoke when you return!

Put it flower earlier so its done or dont bother. Unless you like disappointments.

Staart flowering 2weeks earlier. Harvest in febuary. Dry it before you leave. And cure it 2 months.. Make sure it well dry and have a bag of that 62's in it to keep humidity in check.. Have a trusted friend to pop it open weekly and shake it while you are gone.. Chance are he'll smoke some. But that's a faire price not to loose your crop...
