What dry amendments to choose?

TL;DR: What is a worry-free amendment mix that I can apply about once a month or so to keep the essential water-only mantra going? Since I have read the following names over and over again, I am considering to mix some ocean forest, kelp, and bat guano and top-dress with that only.

Will that mix have everything in it to finish the plant?

Hi all, this is my first post and I registered because I can't seem to find a fitting answer. The internet is full of info and as always, most of it differs from something I read yesterday, or the week before. I have the following situation:

I'm running 2 autos, one in a 3 gallon, one in a 1 gallon smart pot.
I started with a Natures Living Soil Autoflower / Fox Farm Happy Frog mix at the bottom, and filled the rest up with a 50/50 mix of ocean forest and happy frog (added some extra perlite to the whole mix).

Up until flowering I only watered using tap water (let it sit for 3-4 days to dechlorinate) with the occasional molasses. Then, in week 5 or 6 I started seeing yellowing, light browning, and eventually necrosis of some of the larger fan leaves. I had no idea what was going on but figured that it happened because I hadn't amended any additional nutes. In a hasty way of fixing the issue I top-dressed a bit more natures living soil and ocean forest as a mix. I got some grower's recharge, and have since pH'ed my water. The water comes out of the faucet a bit high, and even though I was told that you never have to worry about pH in organics I started pHing to roughly 6.5, especially when adding recharge. Also, I have to admit that in a panic to get the issues corrected I have supplemented a bit of Fox Farm Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom maybe 3 times since the problems started showing.
Now, since most larger leaves had been affected by the chlorosis and necrosis in both the 1 and 3 gallon pot, there is not really a way of telling if or at what point the issue was fixed, or if it was fixed at all. I didn't see much negative change eventually so I figured it must have helped at least a little, and the 1 gallon plant is about to be taken down around Friday or so.

I appreciate you all and can't wait to become a better gardener. Cheers

nice looking buds man. Im also using ocean forest and worm castings, in my experience and as youve seen, youll need some extra food in flowering. some strains more than others. A lot of plants get some discoloration that deep into flower,

I transplant my girls to 5g pots with amended soil at about 3 weeks. My mix includes ewc, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, bat guano. and i feed teas with commercially available Sustane tea bags as well as Malibu compost tea bags, molasses, and for this grow i bought a bottle of Neptunes Harvest fish and seaweed fertilizer. I add a tablespoon of all of the listed dry ingredients to my tea/slurry every now and then for an added boost

Look into Dr. Earth all purpose, its 100% organic and contains what seems like a solid ingredient list IMO, including probiotics and beneficial microbes. I also added that to my grow this run when my girl started to yellow. I cant say what in the above list did it, but my plant bounced back and is now 100% healthy.

Another Dr Earth user here. I use the veg/tomato 4 6 3 and flower Girl 3 9 4 top dress every 3-4 weeks. I haven't tried growers recharge or any added microbes as it seems to me that it's the same microbe stuff that's already in Dr Earth when I compare them.

The only "mix" I use is Espoma Tomato Tone, because I also grow tomatos. But it also does VERY well with Canna.

Beyond that, pretty much everything is single source in 40/50 lb bags. The P and K never change. They are:
P; Steamed Bone Meal, Hy Yield 20lb bag from the feed store ~$20
K; Organic Kelp Meal, Thorvin Certified Organic Kelp Meal, 50 lb bag, ~$75 shipped from, New Country Organics.

N sources can vary for top dressing. I do way more container veggies than I do canna, but the initial mix is the same for everybody. There is NO 'CANNA SPECIFIC' recipe or, Super Soil, if you will. Pretty much you have a L.O.S. or, you don't.

For an initial/made from scratch mix (no experience with ANY bagged mixes), N sources are;

1, Alfalfa meal
2, Soybean meal
3, Blood meal
4, There is a long release N source that I can't recall ATM. (have CRS, 'can't remember $hit').

This is what *I* use YMMV.
