What skin are you using? I thought the people on the other skin got reps that were either green, red, or blue.
It sounds like they're neutral reps. If you click on the rep link, and let it take you to the post that was repped, and THEN click the little silver scales (of your OWN post that was repped) it should tell you if the rep was positive, or negative, or neutral.
