Looks for sure like a nutrient problem to me.. what sort of juice are you using and how much? What about growing medium? what is the mix? For sure there is a reason that the plant is missing out on some N, P and K

I've been using general hydroponics nutes at about a teaspoon per gallon, with a half a teaspoon of foxfarm tigerbloom added as well. I've been feeding them this ration at about every third watering.
Its a organic soil mix containing about 60% peat moss and 30% perlite. The remaning portion is compost mixed thoroughly.

im moving a 449 cfm inline fan to exhaust the light but the light is pretty hot still. I'm definately getting rid of the 1000 watt. WAY too hot for the space I'm working with.

I have neever had too much luck using the GH nutes in a potting mix.. but if that has worked for yu in the past then ok.. Whenver I have used a potting mix I try to use a complete well balanced water souluble fert. As it seems to cover all bases. *6 degrees F is not too hot.. in fact that is not your problem.. you should haowever, no matter waht the temp have a fan to keep the air moving.. Your problem is for sure and without a doubt a fert problem and you need to change your strategy there. I would even opt for an option such as Peters 20-20-20.. I have never had anything but good luck using this type of shit on my potted plants. Also.. you say you have compost mixed in your pot.. is this the first time you have done that? I have not had much luck in trying this type of thing myself.. as I have tried to be organic in my mixes.. I wanted to avaiod using the water souluble ferts.. anyway.. I always had major pH problems using organic composts in my mix.. and thus would have major nutrients being locked up. I would go with the 'ol standby' --> transpalnt them into a fresh pot and new mix and change your fert .. get rid of the compost idea. * my two cents * Experience is the best way to learn. good luck with that..
