no... salt build up will start in the soil ... and if u have over fertilized..which it looks as u have..then make sure the container has plenty of air movement around it.. if u placed a HID ballast side by side with your container for a day ..it would dry out quicker( but u may not have a ballast like that) ..just keep a fan on it...hopefully soil isnt to drenched and itll dry.. then take 3x times the amount of water to contanier size, and flush it out.. use good water, if tap, must have set out and then been ph tested to an acceptable level.. flusing in a bathtub is suitable for the runoff. other things to check would be your ph ..so check your run off, next time u water . sprayign them with st8 water wont cure the burn.

do you know the ph of your soil by chance?? if you do have salt issues, you are also going to have ph issues... ph issues are going to mean lock out.. the worse the lock out the more salt build up because the less nutes will be used... if you flush your soil, but dont adjust the ph at all, you can end up back in the same spot... most of the time a good flush solves the problem.. but checking your soil ph, and making sure you keep it adjusted correctly, will help avoid the issue you have now again in the future....
