There are many varieties of "kush" and they smell different. Not all are purple, not all smell earthy or lemony or whatever else. "Kush" roughly translates in my head now to "I need extra for this bag".
Too Funny, I literally have smoked hundreds of different kushe's and have never smelled one like mushrooms or dirt.... If your kush smells like dirt...Its not kush homie...its dirt weed...
Its supposedly purple kush, but i'm not sure now. It smells very...almost into an ammonia like smell, but not to strong and kinda sweet at the same time. I just want to pull all the nugs off and eat them all up....or smoke them...that works too
would you call the ammonia smell more on the "gasoline" side, or more on the "cat pee" end of things?

I just went in and agitated a couple buds and took in a few good smells. Its really hard to explain. The smell is a very smooth sweet smell, with a slight hint of earthyness and also a hint of sweet cat urine...but not very strong just a hint. Heres a couple pics i just snapped. I will be 6 weeks into bloom on sunday
