I am growing under CFL's, shes in the flowering stage right now. 3 weeks now I suppose, been busy lol. Just curious if stringing her down like this was worth the effort?

Ya, it will help some, it won't hurt, if that's what you're worried about.

put some CFLs in the hart of it, get them nodes to freak out
also your cfls can get closer
