what do the rep boxes mean blue and green

alright question, in the area to see you got reped on your profile they have little green boxes there what does it mean when there is a blue box there? i dont know who left it or i would ask them. sorry you know how we noobs are.

there green and red on mine here on this thread but when i go to my profile and check the reps i got there is one which is blue. the rest are green

The blue box is from neutral rep. People without enough rep to affect another person points.

The green is rep from some one who has enough points to affect yours.

The red is neg rep. If you get one it takes points away.
