Use this chart and some common sense. If u want to keep it simple, I’d do a heavy top dressing of a good organic dry fert…..I use Gaia Green…..the 4-4-4 for veg and the 2-8-4 for flower.
Since they are just entering flower, I would go 2/3 of the 4-4-4 and 1/3 of the 2-8-4……they look like 5

If they’re a long flowering strain, u may hafta give one more a few weeks before harvest. Other than that, I’d give some sort of tea that u make or u can buy it…..Stump Tea is one that comes to mind. I use Recharge, which works well. The tea will keep the microbe situation where it needs to be……it’s a catalyst of sorts.
