What do I do when buds ripen at different times?

Hi all. I am on my third grow with AK-47. I have four plants, one is a clone where the mother took nearly nine weeks to harvest. The other three are clones of one that didn't make it to harvest (I had a light leak and it hermed) so I don't know it's flowering period, except for the seed vendors time of 7-8 weeks. Which didn't pan out since the one that made it to harvest took 9 weeks.

Basic info
- 2x4 tent
-Mars Hydro SP-250 light
-Cyco nutes
-Temps are steady between 19c of a night and 24c of a day
-Humidity is higher that I want, between high 60's and low 50's but just cant seem to get it down (I live in a very humid climate).

Anyway, I am in day 1, of week 6 from transition and I need to use the tent for drying, to mask the smell. The three that are from the same mother have been getting frosty for nearly two weeks, and the hairs are starting to brown. The single plant, that I know takes 9 weeks, is only just starting to frost and the hairs are still all white.

Planning ahead I would like some opinions on the best way to handle them if they are ready for harvest at different times. I know the other one may catch up or the other three may slow down, but as I said, I'm just thinking ahead.

1. Is it best to harvest the three when they are ready and just take the other as is?
or
2. Let the three go longer than I would normally to let the other catch up?
or
3. Something else I haven't thought of?

Oh. I recognize the tip burn. Under the new SP-250 they stretched more than I thought and the light can't go any higher. The light is about 14" above the tallest bud.

Thanks in advance.

They all look a month off to me. In that time the less mature ones could of caught up.

But if not then you have to decide do you want some buds that put you on your ass and some that give you a head high, as in let the mature one run longer until the others are ready.

Or do you want to waste a load of bud and have some airy under developed buds and lose lots of weight just so you can pick one plant that's ripe.

Or do you want to go find a big cardboard box and dry your plant that will be ready first until the others are ready, adding some sort of vent to take your stink into your flower tent.

Or buy another tent and do the same, just because if you've found yourself in this position like many do then its going to happen again so you may as well be prepared for it.
