What diagnosis would you give these and what would you do to help/save them?

Indoors, I water them when the top of the soil seems dry, forgot what kind of soil I used, I use four 75w cfl's at different angles.
The first one is my lemon auto and it's 63 days in, the 2nd one is my pineapple auto and tbh I'm not sure how far that one is.
I think both of them have a deficiency, most likely because of my filtered tap water.. i've also been using the correct dosage of fox farm's big bloom every other watering.

You mentioned u use filtred tap water. Do u let is sit out uncovered for 24 hours before watering. Although its filtered it still contains chlorine
