What could i do for improvments?? My goods/Bads?

Hey pretty new to growing, i have messed around for a while, but im going a little deeper now. just ordered a 400w switchable and some afgani and big bud seeds. BUT this is my set up. critique it please?

digital thermometer.....everything on a timer......fan pointing down that can circulate air.......all sealed,light wise and heat wise......(i know i need fresh air, but im 10 or 15 feet from a window and trying to keep it stealth.solutions?c02?) i have a heater right now wheres its winter.....temp stays at about 76.....what else can i do? room wise atleast, or anything really!

and dont mind those scrawny things in there right now, like i said, i was just messing around haha

fresh air doesn't have to come from outside, just get some air moving in/out to keep them happy.at least open the door a couple times a day

so an in fan and an out fan. something like from a computer would be a good upgrade? in at the bottom out at the top?

Yup it will help keep the heat down also Have you thought about side lighting?

well it looks good but there are some things I don't like. It stands out like a sore thumb at the moment which find of defeats the purpose. Unless your planning on finishing up the whole basement than it's going to look odd. Next it is an extremely small space and your already having problems figuring out where to ventilate your air. Seems like any vent is going to be strange too.

well its my own place. so that helps, bsament is sort of outa use. slim to no traffic, and its finsished to the extend of painted, i agree thats the only thing sheetrocked. but it was the best i could do, and i keep stuff up against it. it doesnt stick out too bad. if i do vent it i can vent it pretty easity above the short wall, and out from beetween the vertical floors boards, which is probably where theyll end up, just a couple 4 inch tube one in one out, in through my light, out through a scrubber. thats the goal ive come to after reading more.

yeah don't get me wrong it's cool and all but heat might build up in there so you might need ventilation for that and also your going to need to clean that air before it's vented out or it's not going to be as secretive. You can grow an enclosed areas without ventilation but you need big peices appliances that won't fit in that room.

clean the air before it goes out as far assssss??????fumes?? a carbon scrubber should do tho right??

the basement looks pretty empty, i suggest buying a few more hps and expand from under the stairs.
