What could cause this?

I pointed out in this pic some areas that seem to be torn, eaten, shriveled up? im not sure what it is, the only lead i have is that sometimes there is fruit flies around the plants but i took care of that issue. could it be heat? lack of humidity? deficiency?

How much air you got blowing across them? I had the same problems, convinced something was chowing down on my girls, but saw no evidence of bugs. Near as I can figure, they get a bit abraded with a lot of wind. Hasn't seemed to affect anything.

I think your plants are rough housing when you go to bed. I think you should separate them and find out who the antagonist is and have a little word.

I had that problem growing Indicas in the same room with Sativas. Talk about intolerance!! And neither one likes the hybrids!!! I almost had a full blown species riot going on!!!
