what CFLs should i use

What CFL bulbs do I need to buy? Soft White or Bright white?

not sure what those ones are but they should have the color temp on the pack somewhere.
you want 6500k for veg,
and 2700k for flowering.
you need higher watt bulbs for flowering than for veg.
~25w bulbs will do for veg but go 42w+ for flowering if you can.

You'll want to pick up the highest watt cfls, pending on where you go to get them, I found 29watters at Lowes, the higher the watt the more lumens they have, daylight and soft white for growth(veg.)and warmlight for flowering, good luck hit me up if you need any more help

the kind of cfls you need is as many and as big as you can. That will be the best way to decide.
