What can I refill the cannabis vape pen cartridges with?

I'm trying to find the stuff on Weedmaps menus and I don't exactly know the lingo for this kind of stuff. I see stuff in a syringe called an applicator or just called a syringe but the stuff looks too dark to be meant for a vape. So whats the name of the stuff I should be looking for to refill vape cartridges?
