What are your opinions on this?

View attachment 2439804Saw a news article that white people will be the minority in 2043. They had first predicted 2050. I am 1/4 dutch, 1/4 German, 1/4 English, and 1/4 spanish. My great grandpa came to the U.S. in 1843. Anyways, I geuss it would be cool to be considered a minority and be able to use all the laws that white people passed to help out minorities. Oh well. In 2043, I will be 73. I wonder if I will be alive?

How will it feel to be a minority? How will the new majority treat the new minority. Will they respect the laws set down to help minorities be respected. Or will they create laws and make everyone equal. I dont think these stats take into account interbreeding. U know sorta like Tiger Woods is half black and half vietnamese. He calls himself vietnamese. Prez. Obama, half black and half white, but raised by white grandparents, lives in a white neighborhood. Yet 85% of black people voted for him, cause they say he is a brother. More like an Uncle Tom. Haha. No I did not vote for him, but I respect him.


Some of you dont understand.in the 2000 census we were: 70% white. In this study the graph shows white people will actually decline. Example, there are 200,000,000 white people in the U.S. In 2043, there will be 180,000,000 and declining. Why? Cause interracial people dont want to be white. So if u are half mexican and half german, you say you are Mexican.


I say I am Hienz 57, I got all the good parts through out America in me. I am not a german or dutch, I am American citizen of The United States of America and I am White. Thank you!

here's my opinion:

both of my parents are 100% mexican, i was born in michigan but brought to mexico before i was less than 1 year old and was raised in mexico. now that im 20 years old, i came back to the US seeking for a better education quality and better opportunities as a professional, and since i was born in michigan (which means i am an american citizen) i can stay here if i chose to without any problem whatsoever.

Now, I think that american people should stop trying to seek what they are. Americans are the ONLY people in the world that say stuff like im 1/4 this 1/8 that, 1/2 that...why is being american not good enough? why is there such a strong need to find what or who you are? you all should be proud of being american, and i'm not implying that the US is so awesome that being american is such a blessing, nor do i imply the opposite, my point is that being american should be enough to fully identify you and i don't see the point in seeking an identity in other nationalities when you already have one.

Regarding the minority stuff...do you know what the method for stopping racism is? stop talking about it. Racism and minorities are such an issue (and again, I see this being a MUCH bigger issue or at least important topic in the US than in any other country) because people keep classifying other people as being different than them. Why is there such a need to identify people as being dissimilar to you? how does looking different makes you any different? White population will decay in the future, but so will all other races cause out society is so globalized that we are getting to the point where all races are so mixed up with each other that is hard to tell the difference between them. This is why i think the whole point of making laws that apply to certain ethnicities is stupid.

I think it's interesting to find out what mixture of ethnicities we all are... but in the end, I agree with unohu69 that we are all souls in human bodies. As we evolve, my hope is that we respect each other and celebrate our differences for what we can learn from each other. Like, learning about a foreign culture's cuisine... that's fun and tasty.

I don't know if white people will be considered the minority, especially with all the interracial babies to come in the next few decades. One day, a human being will have all of the genetics of each race... wouldn't that be cool!?

Rather then seeing all these white political leaders and officials they were black.. having the majority of the lower class people who were white.

I want to say it was with Danny Glover but I think I am confusing that with grand canyon...

One of my points was, will the future majority population accept all the minority laws, or will they change the laws to benefit them more. Personally I would like to know how some people who come here from another country get more rights than me. I am 42 and probally will be drooling out the side of my mouth by the time the Pop. distribution is 50%. I grew up in a different time than todays 20 year olds. We had better Acid! I went to a Community College several years ago. I live in a state that is 80% white. I live in a county and city with very similair stats. Why then was the population of that school 30% asian? Ther is more White Trash in America than that! Yes I live in the Puget Sound.

I went to High School in West Texas at a school called Robert E. Lee High! Now when i lived in Midland, Tx. the school district would send us all over the place because of desegregation. So all the schools I went to ther were 1/3 white, 1/3 black, and 1/3 mexican. I moved to a city in Wa. state that had 1 black kid in the school, we graduated the same year. Needless to say, I went from a nationaly recognized football team and crowds of 20,000+ to a bunch of shitty white kids who couldnt play ball. I was above avg. in Texas, I was All-State and a Blue Chip recruit in Wa.

Also, when I was 9, I lived in southern Cali, Ventura baby. I remember being 7(1977) and going into the Vans store, the only one in America, and buying my 1st pair. Well when i was 9 my dad(Oil Business) moved us to Tulsa, Okla. I am 9 and the kids nickname me Hollywood. So I have seen many cultures, and lived in 8 states and have travelled all over the U.S. Been to Mexico a 100x and Jamaica once. I have live 3 hours away from Canada for 20 years and never been ther. If you have a DUI or felony they will not let u in Canada. Haha, I have both, and it doesnt matter if u have ur record expunged. They still wont let me in because I got a DUI in 1994. So fuck Canada's Gov. My Felonies are from Vegas. Come on vacation, leave on probation. Or in my case abscond long enough for the statue of limitations, and then get ur record expunged. LOL

My opinion is, we are all human and deserve to be treated as such until we act in a manner to lower ourselves to that of a common animal, then we are going to cage you or kill and eat you
