Maybe just slight over fed too young but all new growth looks good .

Looks like a little nitrogen burn on the tips, also looks like wind burn on another leaf, but I could have it confused. Where the burn is on the sides of the blades causing a little deformity.

on second thought I think it's just overfed a tad like you said.

Are fans blowing on the more affected leaves tho? not the ones with just the tip ends are burned.
