What are these spots showing up on my leaves?

I transplanted my plants yesterday and 2 out of 3 of them now show these spots on some of their leaves. I’m not sure if it’s because of the transplant, or some other reason.
Note: I used Mykos when transplanting.

I would check underneath the leaves with a scope. Lots of white spots on the top of the leaves. Hope you don’t have a bug problem.
