What are these marks? Bug....?

Hello guys in 5'x5' room 12 autoflower in 11 liter pots with biobizz lightmix soil with guanokalong fertilezer. After 4 week i saw these signs what are these signs? You can see in attachment. I didnt give extra fertilizer until now. I am using ph balanced tap water.

Following. I get these marks from time to time pretty sure it ain't bugs.. I think it's down to pH imbalances causing lockouts and stuff
