what are the signs that a plant is starting to bud

i am growing 2 ww plants outdoors since july and the light schedule in ireland should be changing to 12/12 soon this is my first grow so could any1 tell me what are the signs that a plant is flowering and could you put up pics to make it clearer please

white hairs coming out of corners.

You will know. There will be no question. You will easily see when it starts to flower.
Its like asking when will I know if I'm growing a beard? Trust me, you'll know.

I'm also waiting for the light change but keep feeding with veg nutes for a few more week 2 at most.The plant at the very top will start to show white hairs has soon has you see these i would advice visiting at least 1 a week with a good few ltrs of flowering nutrients.It is very important to keep your eye on these plants now because if we have alot of rain then we could end up with bud rot.So keep a close eye on the plant and i would start takeing away the envimes in a couple more week unless the plant all ready has white hairs on the tops.

it's starts budding once you can see the sex of the plant.
