I use a heavy indica to help reduce muscle spasms....ak47 is known to help....got my sights set on silver surfer haze in next grow as it's good for my ms problems as well as giving me the grins about most everything!

skunk#1 = for back spasims and chronic pain for me.

White russian,,, I am a med MJ patient becasue of the pain associated with my RA... this stuff works better than the chronic I have during the day for pain relief... the chronic shuts me down for sleep time at night... hope this helps
