What are indicators that it’s time for a transplant?

hey yall

My babes are exactly a month old. I tried squeezing the edges to pull the soil out, but it sort of crumbled (still a little moist from watering a couple days ago). Here are the size of the containers compared to a solo cup. Is it about that time?

Are roots poking out bottom of pot? If so time to upcan. I think they are ready!

When you do it hold onto soil with one hand, with fingers in between plant main stem, other hand on bottom of pot, tilt upside down, supporting top soil and plant, lightly squeeze pot on sides and pot should pop off of soil.

a few, but barely from what I can see (the holes are small). I’ll give it a shot. Thanks man!
