Not safe to sell to dispensaries. There may be a ruling soon allowing this on a temporary basis, but would you trust them?

ALREADY PASSED! Weeks ago!

It is LEGAL for card holding CAREGIVERS to sell overage to dispensaries!

Prices are what you can get for the quality of what you got.

GG#4 (over 28% tested)
Gelato (over 33% tested)
Dos i Dos (over 32% tested)
Thin Mint GSC (over 27% tested)

They do not get my special high end strains.... The folks in other places pay way to much for those.
In the long run. Dispensaries are getting what I consider as left overs from patients and high end customers. Run to run...

All top shelf strains...
These are getting me $180 to $200 per zip.
Depends on the Disp.

Slip down the quality shelf and it's all 150 to 175

They buy 10 per gram junk at 100 to 125... They have no shortage of that crap...

Sad part is. Around here the big Detroit lic grower. Is buying up disp. and running their own products through them!
I find this as being just what we didn't want! In legalization and licencing.
Leave it to the Republicans to fuck it all up

They are still yrs away from having rec dispos. Med only. When did they make a ruling, stating dispos are legal. I must have been asleep. And I rarely get more than 4hrs a night.

Disp. got a reprieve. They are allowed to stay open till some unknown date or lic are out....( I don't remember the date given that the cut off is).

While many have closed. There are several on the West Coast - up and down the lake shore area. Lansing has a heard of them open again. Detroit metro , Flint, Bay city, and points north all have open disp. Not to mention Jackson, Ann Arbor and other southeastern cities.

Both of those point to the fact that they are being pressured to simply allow closed but "legal" (township approved = "legal" disp.) to reopen.
While this is somewhat confusing by press release. several "friends" with disp. reopened at the last "official ok" from the state.
The notice to allow LIC,. CAREGIVERS to sell "tested" products to disp. was delivered to me by my lawyer. There was 1 single brief news mention of this new decision, publicaly on the west side of the state and I called him for clarification... You have caregiver status, your products are tested and neg. for state listed issues. Disp are clamoring for product!

METRIC This has become a joke to growers, processors and dispensaries! The software is junk! Testing issues are being missed and as an example. A bunch of edibles, found later to be contaminated. Were missed by the METRIC reporting system (from approved testing centers, that input the results to METRIC). This resulted in these contaminated edibles to make it to shelves, and be sold. When someone at LARA actually took a look at the METRIC records.... The edibles were recalled! Notification to the public by press release (asking if you have any of these to return them) was done by printed press only (at least on the west side of the state) on Jan 8th.

15 "provisioning centers" sold the 5 different products from MARY'S branded products by Choice Labs (Jackson) were involved.
Products involved:

Mary's Indica transdermal patch's
Mary's transdermal 1:1 patch's
Mary's transdermal CBD patch's
Mary's "Remedy" tincture
Coltyn 1:1 tincture

The joke is that while the system flagged the products as contaminated and failing the testing. The system did not prevent distribution to provisioning centers, let alone they being sold on to possibly sensitive patients.
NO kind of notice on just what the fail was for either!

BTW,,,Choice labs will not be fined or face any disciplinary charges!

Good old computer fuck ups! Garbage in, garbage out.

Trying to follow this convo to the best of my ability. I’m in bc and it looks like the dispensaries are open for business.
But they are medical only correct? From what I understand I can’t purchase here in mi for a year or more... I would love to know if I could get a free sample lol though I’ve been saving myself the embarrassment of asking.
I’m new to the area and don’t know anyone, my wife not supportive so I’m a midnight toker. A bud or two would last until my plant is finished, no money anyhow as my income gets dd.

Good grief! They sure made a mess of things in Michigan. That LARA sure sounds like one big cluster...

We're still tripping over weed out west here in Oregon with around 1.4 million pounds of flower in the system. Octobers outdoor harvest was more than 2.5 million pounds. There is also a quarter million pounds of edibles and a hundred thousand pounds of concentrates in the supply chain. Dispensaries are everywhere and anyone can buy. Just need to be 21 years of age.

Hopefully things get figured out for you guys in Michigan.
