What am I doing wrong!!

Seedlings are in root organnics soils and they are getting tap water that I let sit out at the least 24 hours before using and that is it at the moment..some are showing these signs and other are not View attachment 3311908View attachment 3311908 this one seems ok

It looks like overwatering, let them dry out completely before the next water.

What do you know about your water? What is your waters PPM and Alkalinity? I've grown in roots organic with just water as well and never had a plant do what yours are doing. It has to be environment or your water. How close are your lights?

are there any nutes in the soil. may have been too much nitrogen.
