Im not using any brand soil, mostly just stole from other plants in my house (yeah pro grower i am) when i see the soil is dry i wait another day or maybe less then i water, i haven't fed anything temp around 25celsius humidity no idea :/
The light cannot be a problem since i keep it outside when the weather is nice ofc only in the day time...2 days ago the sun was shining very bright and for like 7 hours straight there were no clouds...so lighting cannot be the main problem...
Should i start feeding?
Edit: Btw i am doing everything i can : i put a aquarium pump to oxiginate the roots, i made a Co2 generator, put the light a bit further away, linked a pc fan to a huge charger, basically everything i could... could it just be a bad seed? Or is it just growing its roots first? In the first week after sprouting it stretched for light and was growing in height very fast... But that was in a different location then it is now... Ever since the growth is been really slow...

Sounds like you doin everything possible which is good..
Firstly autos do like to establish their roots before they grow upwards, you would have stunted them by transplanting into other pots. I always plant straight into final pot size when dealing with autos..
it looks like your setup / environment is as good as you can get it, maybe your soil is either too hot for seedlings or not enough aeration, I always add perlite to my soil..
Oh yeah what pot size you using??? I use 10litres from start, some use 6.5l would recommend anything smaller for auto / beginner..

40w isn't quite enough. Don't you usually say a hundred watt for the first plant and 50w for the following plants?

id dump it out once more and transplant it into at least some miracle grow soil like moisture control and get a splitter and a 2700 k bulb to go with the one you have and give it another week to ten days and then if still nothing id forget about that plant. that soil looks really hard and clay like and if you got it from other pots in your house especially if they are old established house plants probably has nothing the plant likes in it. that with that little blue light is just not giving the plant energy.
