Well i got a seed and its cold. Help

Yeaah..we're all growing.. so long as ya dont wanna do an outdoor, in which case that seed is TOAST!!!!
Just germinate it in some moist tissue in your boiler/airing cupboard or somewhere else where its warm and a constant temp, keep ya fingers crossed its a bitch, and get it stuck in your choice of growing medium(compost/rockwool etc) and get it stuck under some lighting... a CFL energy saving light bulb that is 20W and is either cool white or daylight...you can tell its the right kinda bulb if its got a 6500k rating on it.., that'll do ya fine for a few wks til ya need to more lighting..
