Weird thing growing

I accidentally left my light off for about 11 hours in my grow tent. Over that time period this thing grew in one of my pots. How tf? Where did this come from.

It’s just a weed seed that was in your soil. Uproot and toss it, unless it’s a desirable companion plant, which isn’t likely. I sometimes intentionally grow basil with cannabis

did this come from when I watered my plants outside?

And am I gonna Pat for leaving my lights off accidentally or can they deal with it?

More established plants can go days without light, and be fine. I imagine the age of the plants have a lot to do with it. Anyways, she'll be just fine.
 
Just don't, I repeat DON'T mess with the light schedule again, specially during flower..less stress is the best
