Weird plant growth

Hi, could you please have a look at the picture and tell me if anyone else has had this sort of problem?, the 3 plants are all the same type, germinated no problem, all in same soil mix ,watered the same, fed (very lightly) the same...I have heard that sometimes you just get a bad seed/plant. If that is the case should I just ged rid of it now and use the valuable space for another healthier plant. Thanx in advance for any help/tips.

.

Do you have another plant the same age to swap it with?

If I could only flower 2 plants I'd obviously leave out your runt, but if there's room for it you may as well see how it produces.

I've never had a runt that produced well.
