Weird looking skin disease, can't figure out what it is...

theory that may have created this disease
-When I foliar feed my plant
-Plant eating bacteria from my Compost tea
What I've noticed about the disease
Ive noticed the affected area is corroding away slowly, like this disease is eating the plant tissue, or I may just be trippen who knows

But if anyone is able to help me figure out on how to treat this please let me know, thank you guys. :dunce:

You could show us for instance.. I can only picture acid melting your leaves from the description.
