Hey everyone,
I am trying to identify and fix an issue with my plants before they start flowering. I was hoping some with more knowledge can help since this is my second grow ever.
The bottom leafs are yellowing and kinda striped looking. Some of the older shade leafs also have this weird "paper like" texture, some of them have been like that the whole grow. All of the upper and newer growth seems fine. I can show pics of the whole plant if needed. I think slugs have been getting some of the bottom leafs too. I've looked for other bugs with the loupe, but haven't found anything.
It's an outdoor grow started from seed. I used Kelloggs Patio Plus for most of the soil. I did add some compost, chicken manure and a decent amount of sphagnum peat moss (I know the peat moss was a mistake and I did not add lime either... this part of my problem huh? Though I have been adding some lime in the last few waterings). Water is tap water with one of those charcoal hose filters from Amazon. I have also watered with some compost teas and added Mycorrhizal. Compost was added as a top dressing 2 weeks ago.
I haven't fed too much of anything for most of the grow. I've primarily just used some organic Kelloggs fertilizer (top dressed two or 3 times so far). I know they're getting really hungry, but I think there's other issues going on too.
So what do you guys think?
