weird different actin bug

Hey all. I was wondering if anyone knows what this is. Its usually on stem, never noticed it eating anything on plant. When I move to its sightline it moves around stem VERY fast. Its actually kinda fun to play with. it will go from top of leaves to bottom and vice versa, again VERY fast. Its like it jus disappears it moves so fast.

So, basically, you have a Bigfoot Bug. Occasionally seen, but never captured. Take more photos, Enquiring minds want to know !!!!!

Looks to be some kind of leaf hopper.
