Weird buds

I am growing amnesia haze under a 600W setup in coco. Good temp, good food, measuring ph. Still on some plants i got these very weird looking buds, which even dont look like buds. So to get to the point, there are almost no formed buds but just a bunch of empty nothing...
I am in week 7
Any help?

Looks like they're revegging. Check the timer on your light and check for light leaks.
