First the set up, Soil (neutral base hence nuts)600w hps, 4x4closet, CO2 bag, Water with dutchmaster 1/2 strength flower one nuts,

They all look healthy, but it is now the middle of week 6 and just dont see any really big buds yet. I have a few that will take a few weeks longer to flower due to the strain(Medi-Bud, tangerine kush), but I'd like to trouble shoot why some the buds are a little small( Purple Cream, OG kush). I do see some swelling in a few buds. Some look thick, my concern is it looks like I won't have nug larger than a gram if they dont puff or "swell" up,

Pics can upload when light kicks on tomorrow(just got off work) :leaf:

Just wanted some more info in late flowering. Please post to let me kno, New with these strains, last grow was Trainwreck, got around 2-3oz of each, should I aspect less with these?:wall:

If you've gone that far in and haven't had any major issues with burn, deficiencies or disease, and your buds are small at week 6 of flower if I understand correctly, then you probably have a heat issue stunting growth. Are the leaves still real green? maybe too much N late in flower.

If the strains are the only difference between now and your last grow where you had noticeably larger buds it could very well be the strains mixed in with the heat or another issue that is the reason for the small buds.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Looks fine to me! Most growth is last few weeks where you hit em with the nutes and bulk them ladies up

Be sure to add a pinch of epson salt to the water. The magnesium helps the pores to open up and expel water. This is how it feeds it's self. Water and nutes are brought up and then it is basically sweated off. And make sure that you mist your plants with Ph-ed 5.8-6.0 water only on a daily basis. This insures that your plant isn't dirty and is able to sweat. Also, time to think about some sort of bloomer nute.. Lots out there!

i find my bud are smaller and fluffy if the light is not close enough to the canopy
use a oscillating fan over the top of the canopy and get the light as close to the canopy as you can without the canopy temp going over 30c

your plants look good and you are going to yeild a lot for 2 untrained plants :):)

Thanks for all the help! These are the test strains, I'm planning on a aeroponic SCROG system for the winners. Once completely built will post for feedback. Will keep everyone updated on these. This would be my third grow, so somewhat of a green-horn.

IOne question "Bloomer Nutes"?? Is this different from regular flower nutes? I decided to try Dutchmaster One formula (veg & flower). Is there another nute that I need?
