So what if you have a medical card and you want to go to another country and take marijuana with you...would this be allowed because you are permitted to have a legal amount of dosage on you at all times by the state? I dunno just came to my mind
From my understanding, from the security areas to the gates and in the air is considered federal jurisdiction. That means that you are f'ed if you get caught.
Just tape it to your taint. No one is going to go near your taint.
Airport security is a federal responsibility. Weed is still illegal at a federal level. Plus it is almost certainly illegal in whatever country you're flying to.
So I wouldn't try it. But hell son you go right ahead. Let us know how it works out for you.
