Wavey/ Twisty leaves?

My Set up: One ballist delivering 5800Lumens to my five seedlings.

One heater fan maintaining a minimum of 75Degrees F.

The plants are in 2 Gallon pots with Mixture #4; Aggregate Plus Medium (Sunshine= the brand)(It's the same stuff Jorge Cervantes recommended in his grow Video)

I am not feeding any nutes and I do not know the PH balance. I have been feeding with a spray bottle of water every time the top layer of soil is dry. I only give enough water to sufficiently wet half an inch below the top of the soil.

I want to say It's due to over watering but after reading a bit; it may have something to do with my heater fan drying out the leaves quicker then the roots can supply water to them. But at the same time these leaves look well nourished. Ill let u guys and your expert opinions decide the diagnosis!
