Watering Question

I just moved my babys to soil a mixture of FFOF and top soil to keep the nutes kinda low. I did put a little water in each one but not too much. They were germinated in Root Riot cubes which worked awsome. I was amazed on how fast they grew. Now the roots just started growing through the cube so i moved them over to cups of soil. So how much water should I use to get things going?????? I put the seeds in the cubes on the 7/6/10 got sprouts in 2 days which was friday now here it is sunday and this what I have.

In my experience FFOF retains moisture really well. You want to keep your soil damp, but not saturated. Did you put drainage holes at the bottom of the cups? I don't have any exact measurements, just give them a a few splashes of water to keep them moist. Don't let them completely wilt.
