hi, im always thinking about the same q...here it goes... if i feel my soil pots are light,when there is about 30 min to dark hours,should i water them properly OR 1/2 the amount,???becus in dark hours the temp can go down to 16dgr celsius,therefor danger of mold is present....what do you do??

Never water your plants at the end of your light cycle. Wait until the lights go back on the next day and water...simple as that

imho... At nightime the water can and will encourage mold and harmful bacteria to set in because of the much lower dark hour temps. In the daytime when the lights are on and temps are higher, the light will evaporates excess water and the plant will use some of it up because of photosynthesis, and metabolism . In nature its a different story, .. but for indoor growers mold, and damp conditions can wreak havoc on any grow.

When the lights come on the plants start to absorb energy which in that case sucks up water through the roots or foliage sprayng!! Thats why you water when lights come on!!

I really don't recommend spraying if your lights are on or at all you might burn the leaves and shock the hell out of your plants. Just water when the lights first come on and you will never have a problem.
