I am thinking about buying some wholesale water pipes from this company in China
but I am not sure if they are legal to bring in to the states? What are the laws on water pipes, bongs, and pipes?

from what i know, they are 100% legal until you get resin in them.. they are technically sold as 'tobacco pipes'. florida had a ton of them for cheap in some flea markets.. they were sold as tobacco pipes. i think almost every state actually sells bongs/water pipes, just dont mention mary jane... they are for tobacco dammit!
my concern would be getting a piece of glass from china to here in one piece... eww nm, checked your link and they are brass? you couldnt pay me to smoke out of one of them hehe.. couldnt imagine any nice flavor coming from brass/metal mixed with water..

their ok to bring into the country.. your only 'supposed to be using them for flavored tobacco. lol
