water in intake ducts help

not from rain. in grow room after 6" intake fan leaving a fair amount of water on floor .what about all the water running through fan?
if a drain at a liow point will it drain fan is sucking

why is the water in there? i'm thoroughly confused now...

growing in santa cruz calif on the coast fog etc
there is alot of water build up in the 6" duct work not from rain
from moisture in coastal air
the amount is suprising
just wanted to see if i could get some help. not get beat up by toker
toker this is my first time using this i am new
your a jerk
