water gets cloudy after second day..WTF

just started a bubbler system and useing tapwater ph was high so i lowerd it to 6.5. next day ph went up to 8.0 so i lowerd it back to 6.5. the second day was cloudy and ph went back up. drained all the water out cleaned the whole system and started over. same thing happend. can sombody help me??? really want to get this right......

what nutes r u you using? how old are they?
