Water from dehumidifier

So I recently got a dehumidifier, which collects about 4 gal. Every other day. I figure this wAter is pretty pure? So instead of dealing with tap wAter (lots of chlorine and flouride); boiling it, or buying bottled wAter. why not just use the water in the dehumidifier?

The main thing to remember that anything else in your air will be in the water too. Distiling water makes it pure, but water vapor in the air picks up many many things.
