has anyone every used the tall boy water filter... is it worth the money?. here is my situation .. my set up is .... ebb and flood..... clay pellets( hydrotone).... 5.8-6.2 ph res temp 68-72.... room temp 70-78.... serious ventilation through several vortex fans on carbon filters..... various strains all affected 40 gallon res veg .....70 gallon res flower.... cutting edge solutions nutrients plus earth juice molasses bud swell and gravity bud hardener to finish plus vitamin B1 ... no bugs.. no mold.. no fungus... everything clean and nice ... 400 watt 8 tube compact florescent over cloner same over rooted clones ...600s watt hps veg 1000s hps on light movers ..lights 24 inchs above plants .. ppm unknown.. meter doesnt work with the organic nutrients worth shit.. cant think of anything else everything working awesome then i moved now i am on a well everything looks like shit all dieing and burned up ... ph flux to 7.8 plus up and down every few hours decided its bad water to much calcium etc. cut everything back to 1/2 strength directed nutrients ph still nutz but better cut back to 1/4 strength nutrients ph finally stabilized holding steady at 5.8-6.2 lost several babies ... half at deaths door.... 1/4 sorta sick.... 1/4 newer ones looking 100%..... what the fuck is going on 1/4 nutrients.. i want to send off my water but that will take weeks and my whole project will be in the tank... so i am going today to buy a tall boy water filter ... oh the house i moved into has a water filter but the white filter in it turned black in less than two months of light use. what is going on has anyone else had this problem in Santa cruz county cali. has anyone else ever used a tall boy filter system . help pleeze going down in flames at 1/4 nutrients... shit
